CRM-29338-2024 in CRM-M-18882-2023 and CRM-29345-2024 in CRM-M-19160-2023 By way of filing the instant applications, the applicant/petitioner(s) seek permission to withdraw the main cases, which are presently fixed for 23.8.2024, in terms of memorandum of settlement dated 27.6.2024 (Annexure P-5).

In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner(s) for withdrawal of the main cases the main cases which are stated to be fixed for 23.8.2024, are preponed and are taken on board today.

The applications stand disposed off accordingly. CRM-M-17881-2023; CRM-M-17946-2023;

CRM-M-18882-2023 and CRM-M-19160-2023 (Main Cases) 1.

This order shall dipose of the aforesaid four petitions as the same are arising out of two different complaints instituted by respondent No.1 - M/s Dallas Formulations Pvt. Ltd. against four accused, who are all otherwise party to these petitions.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submitted that since the parties have amicably resolved their issues and a written compromise deed dated 27.6.2024 (Annexure P-5) has been executed with respect to both the complaints, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petitions. It has been submitted that all the terms and conditions have been

CRM-M-18882-2023 (O&M) & ( 3 ) delineated in detail in compromise deed and that all the parties shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the compromise. 3.

Mr. Deepak Jain, Advocate representing respondent No.1/complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has submitted that he has no objection in case all the petitions are hereby disposed of as withdrawn in view of the compromise and that the parties shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the compromise.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petitions are hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
