Amarjit Singh & ORS v. Labh Singh & ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 3416 of 1999 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 28.10.2025 Amarjit Singh and others ...Appellants
Versus
Labh Singh and another
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellants.
Mr. Ajay S. Dhiman, Advocate for respondent No. 1. *** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Mr. Ramneek Vasudeva, Advocate appeared on the previous date after remaining absent for two dates and on that date also he sought adjournment. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
