(Oral) Through CRM-21803-2020, the petitioners have prayed for withdrawal of the main case, in view of the compromise dated 03.12.2019 (Annexure A-1) arrived at between the parties. In view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of the applicant-petitioner No.1, same is allowed and the applicant-petitioners are permitted to withdraw the instant petition. The main case is taken up on board today itself. The main petition i.e. CRM-M-32697-2017 also stands dismissed as withdrawn.
