(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the petitioner has already been acquitted vide order dated 27.10.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar and the instant petition filed under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of FIR (Annexure P-1) has been rendered infructuous. A copy of the aforesaid order has been passed on today in the Court and the same is taken on record.
