(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing Criminal Complaint No.45 dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-9) titled as "Amrit Lal Jindal vs. Neesa Leisure Limited and others" pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sangrur, summoning order dated 03.09.2016 (Annexure P-10), order dated 01.04.2017 (Annexure P-11) declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this petition may be disposed of in view of order dated 06.09.2017. Heard.

On 06.09.2017, following order was passed: - "Learned counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the first relief whereby he has challenged summoning order and has limited his prayer only to challenging the order declaring the petitioner to be a RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.27 12:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent, for 17.11.2017.

Records of the trial Court in original be called for one day prior to the date fixed and in case arguments are not heard be remitted back a day after and recalled in a similar manner." Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within three weeks from today with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition and his bail application, if any, shall be decided on merit within next seven days.
