(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to hand over the investigation in case FIR No.118 dated 23.06.2016 registered under Sections 302 and 392 IPC at Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula, to respondent No.4 or any other independent agency. Heard.
