The prayer wrapped in the instant writ petition is for issuance of directions to the competent respondent to consider and decide the petitioners' representation dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-4) within a stipulated time period.

At the outset, Mr. Bhupender Singh, Addl. A.G., Haryana, who is in receipt of an advance copy of the writ petition and represents the respondents, submits that there is no objection in case a direction is issued to the competent respondent to decide the representation (supra) within a stipulated time period.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, with a direction to the competent respondent, among the respondents, to consider and take a final decision on the representation (supra) within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
