This is a petition for quashing of the FIR.

On asking of the court, counsel for the petitioner informs that the investigation is still in progress and till date no material has been gathered indicative of the culpability of the petitioner. It is claimed that the petitioner is residing in UK.

Since challan has not been filed, it will be premature to consider the petition for quashing of the FIR, at this stage. Disposed of without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach this court again on completion of the investigation.
