However, the learned trial Court concerned is directed to, within three months, conclude the trial arising from FIR No. 271 of 28.11.2020, registered at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran, Punjab, constituting therein offences under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 of IPC, 4.

Liberty is also granted to the bail petitioner to move a fresh bail petition on medical grounds.
