Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition has been filed for seeking the benefit of regular bail but another grievance of the petition is that even the witnesses are not being examined, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner as he is behind bars since 29.04.2020. Learned counsel further submits that as of now, petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the trial Court to examine the complainant as the next witness.

Learned State counsel raises no objection in case, the prayer of the petitioner is accepted for examination of the complainant as the next witness.
