HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to refer the petitioner for assessment of his disability to the Board of Doctors of PGIMS, Rohtak and to retain him on some supernumerary post upto the age of 60 years and to grant him all the consequential benefits . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has served upon the respondents a legal notice dated 27.02.2023 (Annexure P-5), but the same has not been decided till date. He, thus, confines his prayer that the respondents may be directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is allowed.
