Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 436 dated 28.7.2008, under Section 498-A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sector 39, Chandigarh and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Heard.

Earlier petitioner had filed Criminal MiscellaneousM-25329 of 2008 seeking quashing of the FIR in question and the same was got dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 29.9.2008. Petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender vide order dated 12.2.2015.
