+./ 01 The impugned order reads as under:- "The date 10.04.2019 is fixed before S.D.M. Office, Sardulgarh for checking of quality of rejection of votes which was rejected and of defendant." It is evident that the order passed by the Election Tribunal is bereft of any reason whatsoever. In a election petition, the Tribunal is required to apply its mind and to pass orders while giving its brief reasons. Any order passed without supporting reasons is not appropriate. In view thereof, the order under challenge, is set aside. The Election Tribunal-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mansa, is requested to pass a fresh order in accordance with law.
