(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioners for setting aside the impugned order dated 01.09.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Mohindergarh whereby the evidence of the petitioners has been closed.

As is evident from the record that on 04.06.2016 the evidence of the respondent was closed after tendering the documents and case was adjourned to 14.06.2016 for consideration on the application and thereafter, the petitioners have availed 4 opportunities to examine the witnesses. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, going through the record, the present petition is allowed. The impugned order is hereby set aside and the trial Court is directed to grant two more effective opportunities to the petitioners to examine four witnesses, subject to the payment of `5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) as costs, which shall be deposited before the District State Legal Service Authority, Mohindergarh.
