**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 119 dated 17.6.2016 registered at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 34 IPC.
Petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2016. 11 witnesses out of 12 witnesses have been examined. Admittedly, it was a love marriage. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the girl had stayed in the matrimonial home only for a few days and after marriage she had stayed mostly in her parents house and it was a case of incompatibility. The statement of Kamla has been placed on record. The main witnesses have been examined. Only one witness remains to be examined.
