Mr. D.R. Singla, DAG, Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair investigation in F.I.R No. 0110 dated 01.03.2016, registered at P.S Punhana, District Mewat.

On notice, a reply has been filed on 25.10.2016 stating therein that the matter has been investigated and the prosecutrix was recovered on 17.03.2016 from Firzpur Jhirka and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has also been recorded wherein she stated that she went with Mousim out of her own sweet will and their Nikah was also solemnized in Chandigarh and Mousim never forced her for anything. She was living with him out of her own sweet will. Further Mousim and the prosecutrix were continuously calling each other and had long conversations. Thus, no truth was found in the allegations and the cancellation report was prepared on 28.03.2016.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer has further informed the Court that cancellation report is now pending before SSP for approval.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
