Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 17.12.2015, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender by the learned trial Court as he was arrayed as accused in a complaint case bearing No. 33060 dated 3.5.2013 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The liability of the petitioner is to the tune of ` 25,000/- on the basis of cheque dated 5.2.2013, which was dishonoured. Now the petitioner is ready to make the payment of cheque amount along with interest/fine amount as ordered by the Court. Moreso, he is ready to surrender before the learned Court below. In view of above, petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a week's time and shall move an application for releasing him on bail and the Court shall consider the application on the Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.09.06 16:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
