Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 93 dated 16.2.2017, registered under Sections 197, 385, 406, 420, 468 & 506 IPC at Police Station Sector 7, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is still ready to make the payment.

As are the facts before this Court, petitioner had received a sum of ` 1,70,309/- through monthly instalments and subsequent payments also through equal monthly instalments. But the complainant has neither been given any property nor the payment has been repaid to him. Subsequently, the petitioner issued cheques in favour of the complainant, which were also dishonoured.
