(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.0007 dated 30.01.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar Banga, District S.B.S. Nagar and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at an appropriate stage, during the course of trial including at the time of framing of charges.
