The present regular second appeal was filed in the year 1999 and the same is adjourning time and again for service of the appellants. 2.

Perusal of the record reveals that Sukhbir-appellant No. 1 had appeared in person on 19.07.2024 and sought adjournment for engaging counsel. However, thereafter neither the appellants appeared nor any counsel on their behalf on 23.09.2024, 11.02.2025 and 12.08.2025. Even today, the appellants remained unrepresented. It seems that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present remedy. 3.

In the light of above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellants as well as their L.Rs., if any, to seek its revival, in case, any cogent cause of action survives. 4.
