(Oral) By way of filing the present application, applicant - Suman Sharma seeks transfer of civil suit filed by her husband Bhalinder Sharma against her, titled as 'Bhalinder Sharma vs. Suman Sharma', pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Bathinda. Heard.

In the civil suit, personal appearance of a litigant on each and every date of hearing is not necessary and he/she can appear there through counsel. The nature of litigation is not directly with regard to a matrimonial dispute between the two spouses. No ground is made out to allow the application. Dismissed.
