**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed for seeking protection of life and liberty by issuing necessary directions to respondent No.2 & 3 to look into the representation dated 19.05.2021 (Annexure P-1) and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.0282 dated 16.05.2021 registered at Police Station Zirakpur under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC. Counsel for the petitioner also prayed to add Section 307 IPC, when the investigation was progressed.

Learned State counsel submits that after completion of the investigation, final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been submitted to the Court of learned Area Magistrate and now fixed for 28.04.2023. Since, the matter has already been investigated culminating into final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., same become subject matter of trial and to be decided by the concerned Court. In this view of situation, there is no issue left with this Court to decide.

However, it will be open for the petitioner appear before the concerned Court of Area Magistrate to show his concerned in regard to KAVITA NAIN 2023.03.15 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment
