(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for handing over investigation in case FIR No.457 dated 15.07.2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 427, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani (Haryana) to some independent agency.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as cancellation report in the aforesaid FIR has been filed in the Court and petitioner has sought adjournment to file protest petition.
