(oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surender Singh, submits that as per order passed by this Court on 7.7.2015, the Voter identity card has been verified and the same has been found to be correct The detenue is also present in Court and is having a child of 5 months. She has stated that she is residing happily in her matrimonial house.

In view of the stand taken by the State in the reply as well as the statement made by the detenue, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is hereby disposed of accordingly.
