(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that the compromise has been effected between the parties and the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred, had since been withdrawn by the respondent. In view of the same, he submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
