Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to appear before the trial Court through their counsel. In view of above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners shall be allowed to appear before the trial Court through their counsel. However, it is made clear that in case, for any particular proceedings, the presence of the petitioners is required, the trial Court can direct them to appear in person.
