In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation and further to initiate legal action against respondents No. 5 to 8 on the complaint of petitioner dated 08.03.2018 (Annexure P-6).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, is directed to decide representation dated 08.03.2018 (Annexure P-6), moved by the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, is directed to look into the matter and decide representation Annexure P-6, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
