H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since put in appearance in the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. This fact is conceded by the State counsel. Under the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 7.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
