(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Surjit Singh, Police Station Samalsar, Moga submits that a complaint against the petitioners moved by Rajni Bala respondent no. 5 is pending adjudication before DSP, Bagha Purana and that the same is being inquired into and till date no further action has been taken thereon. In the light of this stand of the State, nothing sustains in the present petition. The same stands disposed of with the directions to the official respondents that in case upon that complaint, the petitioners are required for investigations, seven days clear notice in writing be served upon them to have their legal recourse available to them.
