As per the service report the sole appellant was not found residing at the given address. Respondent No.1 has died. Mr. A.P.S. Rehan, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
