Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revise/enhance the family pension of petitioner as per the prevalent rate, and to pay all the pending arrears. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation/legal notice dated 02.02.2024, Annexure P-3, in a specific period.
