Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.1-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, is directed to look into representation dated 29.09.2018 (P-1) filed by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
