On the asking of court, Ms. Ishneet Kaur, AAG Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that competent authority shall examine the representations and decision shall be taken thereon within two months from today. A speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
