(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.3 to 5 to take action against respondents No.6 and 7 for their acts of commission and omission. 2.
On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Nirmaljit Singh Diwana, Sr. DAG, Punjab, appears on behalf of respondent-State. 3.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Yudhvir Singh, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Pathankot, submits that the complaints submitted against respondents No.6 and 7 are being inquired into and presently the inquiry is pending before the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Pathankot.
