(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, PS Haibowal, Ludhiana submits that during the course of investigations, the police has found the accused to be innocent and has filed cancellation report which stands accepted vide orders dated 26.11.2018 by the competent court and has placed on record certified copy of the orders. In the light of the same nothing survives in the present petition and stands disposed of as such.
