It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Avtar Singh Khinda, Advocate that earlier vide orders dated 01.09.2015 of this Court passed in CRM5M No.28775 of 2015, the petitioner Kuldeep Singh @ Deepa was allowed regular bail in this case for offences under Section 363/366/367 IPC. However, the present petition has been preferred with the addition of offence under Section 120B IPC.

It is duly conceded by learned State counsel Mr. C.S. Brar, Dy. Advocate General, Punjab that the petitioner has already joined the investigation.
In view of the offence punishable under Section 120B IPC which has been subsequently added, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessitated and in view thereof and in the light of previous orders dated 01.09.2015 passed in CRM5M No.28775 of 2015, the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.
