**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 21, dated 05.04.2021, under Sections 376, 511, registered at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 27th May, 2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Pursuant to order dated 27th May, 2021, short reply by way of affidavit of Rajbir Singh, PPS, DSP, Sub Division, Valtoha Camp at Bhikhwind, District Tarn Taran, on behalf of the State has been filed in Court through email. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Subhwinder Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 27th May, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
