***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that out of ten witnesses cited by the prosecution, only one has been examined till now. Case before the trial court is fixed for today i.e. 19.04.2018. Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is declined at this stage. Dismissed. However, fresh right shall accrue to the petitioner to seek bail, in case, prosecution fails to conclude its evidence within three months.
