RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.126 dated 24.09.2008 registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 212, 216, 120-B IPC and Sections 3/4 & 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar qua petitioner.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing of cancellation report in Court on 13.07.2018 and now the case is fixed for 18.04.2019 for consideration. In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with direction to the State that in case complainant would not appear before the trial Court, he would be produced by the Investigating Officer positively on the next date of heairng.
