RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 43 dated 01.03.2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 458 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Maqsudan, Jalandhar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Angrej Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 17.08.2018, is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
