NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the offence punishable under Section 420, IPC, is compoundable with permission of the Court, as per the provisions contained in Section 320, Cr.P.C. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the private parties to move an application for compounding of the offence with permission of learned Trial Court.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
