Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint, filed by the respondent, show cause notices dated 6.11.2013 and also subsequent proceedings including charge sheet dated 24.1.2017, whereby charge was framed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh.

Present petition is not maintainable as alternative remedy, by way of revision under Section 397 Cr.P.C, is available with the petitioners and they may avail such a remedy, if so desired. Hence, present petition stands dismissed.
