CRM-M-40275-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is ready to settle all disputes amicably with the complainant and, in fact, has already filed a petition for restitution of Conjugal Rights, which is pending before the Civil Judge, Mewat. It is also argued that a complaint has been filed by the petitioner against his wife, the complainant as well as her family members under Sections 323/452/392/506 IPC.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. He argues that as per the ITR of the petitioner for the assessment year 2014-15, total income has been reflected to be ` 2,25,090/- which would make an approximate income of ` 20,000/- per month and, therefore, there should be no interference by this Court in the orders so passed. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 09.10.2017 has not been complied with insofar as 50% of the amount payable to the respondents has not been released.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to verify the ITR and to clear the maintenance in terms of the order dated 09.10.2017.
