Learned State counsel submits that after investigation of case bearing FIR No. 359 dated 17.08.2012, challan has been filed in Court on 08.02.2019. Respondents no. 7 to 10 were found innocent while Ajay is in custody and Ravi has been declared proclaimed offender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed for proper investigation of the case in aforesaid FIR and also for protection to life and liberty of the petitioner and his family. During pendency of this petition, petitioner had also been murdered. FIR was registered in that case and after investigation challan was presented in Court.

CRM-M-36707 of 2012 -2Keeping in view the fact that in this case challan has already been presented in Court, no further order or direction in this regard is required. So far as protection of life and liberty to family of the petitioner is concerned, this petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Police Jhajjar to verify this fact and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
