***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (ORAL) The prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR no.152 dated 16.10.2007 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that an untraced report was prepared on 02.08.2017 and the Ilaqa Magistrate has sent back the same for further investigation and further investigation in that regard is pending. He submits that the further investigation shall be concluded within 8 weeks from today and an appropriate report shall be submitted to the Ilaqa Magistrate.
