RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Veerpal Kaur in case FIR No.48 dated 10.07.2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 34, 325 and 326 IPC at Police Station Sehna.

On instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
