NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for setting aside the order dated 14.08.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, whereby the prayer of the petitioner for extension of time to join the investigation in a case arising out of FIR No.150, PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.10.16 15:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-32845-2015 dated 24.03.2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 323 and 506, IPC, registered at Police Station, D.L.F, Phase-II, Gurgaon, was dismissed.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 14.08.2015 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, is set aside and it is directed that the petitioner, Sunil Malhotra, son of P.P. Malhotra, resident of House No. 412, First Floor, Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi, shall appear on 30.10.2015, at 10:00 a.m., before the Investigating Officer at Police Station, D.L.F., Phase-II, Gurgaon and cooperate with the investigating agency.

With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of.
