RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 86 dated 08.07.2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station Division No. 1, Pathankot and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous and may be dismissed as such, in view of the fact that cancellation report filed by police in favour of the petitioners has been accepted by the concerned Court.

Ordered accordingly.
