The learned State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Kuldeep Singh, has contended that despite notice, the petitioner has not joined the investigation.

A perusal of record shows that on last occasion also nobody had appeared on behalf of petitioner, and therefore, a direction was given to the registry to inform the counsel for the petitioner. As per report of registry intimation has been given to the counsel for the petitioner. However, despite that the petitioner is unrepresented today. 3.
