Mr. Krishan Singh Dadwal, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The case has been taken up by way of Video Conference as per instructions in view of COVID-19 pandemic.
The petitioner claims himself to be duly elected President of Sri Guru Singh Sabha Managing Committee in Village Dhugga Kalan, Tehsil Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. He has referred to letter (P.1) issued by Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee, Teja Singh Samundari Hall, Sri Amritsar and a communication dated 09.05.2018 addressed by Vice Secretary of Sectt Sri Akal Takhat Sahib, Sri Amritsar.
Grievance raised in this petition is that respondent No.7, who claims himself to be President of Gurudwara Singh Sabha, Village Dhugga Kalan, and his family members are trying to usurp the property of the Gurudwara. He also filed a civil suit in this regard, which was subsequently withdrawn by him. It is alleged that on 10.2.2020, respondent Nos.7 to 14 attempted to trespass into the property by breaking open the locks so as to take possession of Speaker Box, room concerning to CCTV Camera, Store and a Golak (donation box).

CRM-M-17096 of 2020 #2# submitted a representation to respondent Nos.2,3,4 & 6 but no action has been taken thereon so far. Even respondent Nos.7 to 14 are unnecessarily creating nuisance in the Gurudwara and taking away the offerings by forcibly opening Golak/Donation Box.
Without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the said representation and take appropriate action expeditiously as may be warranted in law.
